Who is Discount Tobacco Corner® For?

Discount Tobacco Corner® products can be used by anyone who is 18 years of age or older. It should not be used by children; pregnant or breastfeeding women; people with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes; or people taking medication for asthma or depression. Please consult your Physician before using any tobacco, vaporizer & e-cig.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by any of the following major credit cards: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express. If you wish to pay with check or cash please contact us. We do not accept PayPal.

Can I make an order over the phone?

You bet, we love phone orders! Simply call us at 407-601-6940. Sam or Ajit will be glad to help you with your order, it helps to have the full item name(s) ready when you call in. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only pay sales tax if your item is being shipped to Florida.

Online Ordering and Shipments

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all orders of $99 or more, once all discounts and promotions have been applied. If your order is over $99 after all discounts and promotions have been applied, and you did not receive free shipping, please contact our customer support department to speak with a representative who will gladly assist you. This offer is only available in the continental US. Not applicable to international orders.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing & handling (including and other expedited services). In most instances, all orders are usually shipped same-day. Orders processed through the weekend will be processed on Mondays of the following week. Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

Can I change / cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you process your order we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Once your order is placed and confirmed it immediately gets processed through our automated warehouse processing. This ensures that we are capable of shipping your order quickly and efficiently getting you your products as soon as possible.

What if my order breaks during shipping?

We have set the standard for many years in safe glass packaging. Even helping out some of our competitions with best practices to ensure the art we are selling makes it safe! We have developed a proprietary system that has allowed us to deliver 99.7% of our shippments damage free. In the unlikely event your item arrives broken, DO NOT throw away the box or packing materials. We will need CLEAR photos of the broken items as well as the box in order to file a claim with the shipping provider.

Depending on the extent of the damage, we may issue a return-shipping label, or simply tell you to toss the broken item in the trash. In either case, a brand new replacement item will be sent out to you immediately at no cost. Our first priority is awlsy getting you taken care of ASAP.

Can I update or change my shipping information after I order?

We are located in Orlando, Florida and all orders ship from this location.
